A New Healthy – and Fast – Choice in Chelsea
Rouge Tomate Cafe recently opened, bringing Chelsea another option for healthy food choices – this time focused on getting it fast.
This is a new offering at Rouge Tomate Chelsea (just an 8-minute walk from The Vanguard Chelsea) whose mission has always been to “focus on health and sustainability while never compromising taste”.
Some of their dishes:
- (Breakfast:) Creamy Oats with cultured cream, cinnamon sugar, pecans and seasonal jam, Charred Avocado Sandwich with pickled chiles, radish, sprouts and sunflower miso
- (Lunch:) Bison Burger with salsa verde, gem lettuce, avocado and charred red onion, Roasted Cauliflower “Caesar” with seaweed, lemon, Treviso, frisée and smoked almonds
